Calvo Angunagas Sweets
Ingredients:
• 75 g Calvo Angunagas
• 75 g fresh cheese
• 100 g quince jelly
• Honey to taste
• Strips of candied fruit
Preparation
Slice the fresh cheese, spread the quince jelly on top and garnish with Calvo Angunagas.
Serve with the strips of candied fruit and the remaining cod.
Garnish with honey to taste.
