Scrambled Eggs with Calvo Angunagas and Asparagus
Ingredients:
• 100 g de Calvo Angunagas
• 2 eggs
• 2 shoots green asparagus
• 1 clove of garlic
• Hot pepper (ex: bird pepper), chopped
• Olive oil
• Salt
• Parsley
Preparation
Sauté the oil, chopped asparagus, finely chopped garlic and the pepper in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the Calvo Angunagas, heat for a minute then add beaten eggs.
Stir, then let sit. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
