Tomato stuffed with Calvo Angunagas
Ingredients:
• Calvo Angunagas
• 1 tomato
• Cherry tomatoes
• Red cabbage
• 125 g smoked salmon
• Escarole
• Parsley
Preparation
Partially clean out the tomato and fill as you like with Calvo Angunagas.
Place on the smoked salmon, add the escarole, red cabbage and cherry tomato salad.
Dress the salad, garnish with parsley and serve chilled.
