| Baked Calvo Squid Au Gratin With Mashed Potatoes |

Ingredients
for 4 servings:
• 500 g squid in ink or American sauce
• 500 g potatoes
• 100 ml milk
• 150 g béchamel (white sauce)
• Salt and pepper |
Preparation
Cook the potatoes, mash and mix with the milk, salt and pepper.
On top of a base of the mashed potatoes, place the squid in sauce, and pour the hot béchamel over it all.
Broil in the oven a few minutes until the béchamel just beings to brown. |
