Ingredients for 4 servings:
• 250 g bow tie pasta
• 3 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 clove of garlic
• ½ cup dry white wine
• 2 cans Calvo Light Tuna
• 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Preparation
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet and brown the pressed garlic.
Add wine, the tuna (previously drained and chopped) and half of the parsley. Mix well with a wooden spoon and let cook for several minutes.
Next, place an abundant amount of water with the remaining oil over medium heat.
When the water begins to boil, add the pasta bow ties. Let cook until “al dente,” and drain.
Lastly, place the bow ties in a serving dish, and pour the tuna sauce over them. Mix well and serve, sprinkled with the remaining chopped parsley.
