Cheese and Tuna Toast
Ingredients
for 4 servings:
• 4 slices whole wheat bread
• 2 cans Calvo LightTuna
• 200 g fresh or cottage cheese
• 1 sprig chives
• 2 cucumbers
• Spanish spicy paprika to taste
• 3 radishes
• 4 black olives
• 12 tablespoons skim milk
Preparation
Peel the cucumbers, cut into thin slices and set in colander while preparing the rest of the ingredients. Wash the chives and chop.
Place the cheese with the milk in a shallow dish and press with the tines of a fork into a fine purée.
Wash the radishes, cut into thin julienne slices and mix with the cheese and chives. Separate the chunks of tuna, add half and mix.
Cut the bread slices in half, and place on a serving platter. Spread with a fine layer of cheese.
Wash and drain the cucumber, distribute over the bread slices, cover with the rest of the cheese, finish with the rest of the tuna, olives and chives.
