Calvo mussels come from the Galician estuary rivers and have been rigorously selected. They are prepared using totally natural ingredients, so you can enjoy their exquisite flavor, texture and quality.

They are currently offered in two sizes.

We use a sterilization process which eliminates the need for refrigeration or preservatives, thus letting you safely store the product for a minimum of 4 years from the date of packaging.
