Our squid are an excellent dish which we present cooked in two varieties: in its own ink, or in American sauce.

They are perfect for simple, stand alone dishes (just heat), or accompanied by rice, pasta, potatoes, etc. Ideal for fixed priced menus or buffets.

We use a sterilization process which eliminates the need for refrigeration or preservatives, thus letting you safely store the product for a minimum of 18 months from the date of packaging.
